Granollers Council, as Controller, guarantees a suitable, coherent level of protection for individuals regarding their personal data processed by the various municipal services of the Council, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679).

Granollers Council only processes personal data with full responsibility and loyally, and in accordance with the legal rules that authorise such processing, according to the General Data Protection Regulation.

In order to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation, Granollers Council has established a Processing Log and adopted the opportune and appropriate security measures for the risks, objectively evaluated and identified, regarding the rights and freedoms of data subjects whose data may be processed by the Council.

Incidents, grievances, suggestions and petitions: The purpose for processing personal data is related to the registration, handling and management of the right of individuals to communicate with the Council, including the right of petition.

Transparency. Access to information: The purpose for processing personal data is related to the registration, handling and management of requests for access to public information by individuals as a subjective right held by all persons to access public information.
